Hi I'm Juliet Hudson and I'm here to help you thrive amidst the demands of modern life. I can teach you how to meditate in a practical, down to earth way and I'll help you to keep meditating so you can live life to the fullest without being overwhelmed. 


My background is in the corporate world. Plus, I'm a parent so I know what it takes to create a daily practice in the midst of a busy life.
