On day one you'll learn the basics of Vedic meditation and meditate for the first time.
HOW TO MEDITATE CORRECTLY

You'll gain feedback on your experience. We'll also cover how to fit meditation into your life and what different experiences during practice mean.
MEDITATION & STRESS
90 minutes
You'll gain a clear understanding of the effects of meditation on your mind and body how the process of unwinding stress works during meditation.
HIGHER STATES
90 minutes
You'll hear about what benefits you can look forward to as a daily meditator. By the end of the four-day course, you will have mastered the technique and be able to practice on your own.
