Vedic meditation can be practiced anywhere anytime, in the boardroom, on your sofa, on the plane when travelling, in your car or a taxi, or on your bed- anywhere you can safely sit relaxed with your eyes closed.

Before becoming a mediation teacher I was stressed out, burning the candle at both ends
Eventually I ran out of steam! My work hard, play hard approach to life had worn me out. For years I embraced long working hours while rushing around keeping up a busy social life along with juggling parenting, maintaining my relationship and friendships, travel, exercise and more. Most of my ways of coping with stress and overwhelm just made me feel worse in the long run.
I hadn't been sleeping well and everything had been feeling difficult for some time. Even small tasks required super human effort. Feeling overwhelmed and unsupported I had very little real self-care in my schedule. It felt impossible to switch off and relax. Depletion eventually manifested as exhaustion, insomnia, infertility and moodiness. A genuine SOS!
Then I discovered Vedic meditation
As skeptical as I was to try yet another meditation technique, I dragged myself through the door to the first session and from that day I never looked back. As layers of stress melted away so too did unhealthy habits, and my mood improved significantly. Finally I worked out how to be truly well and happy inside of my busy life.
Moving from full time to contract work presented me with the opportunity to become a teacher of this wonderful meditation technique that had helped me turn my life around. Now I'm dedicated to sharing it with others in a fun and relatable way giving them the tools and the confidence to improve wellbeing and performance in the midst of all the demands of modern life. It's always a thrill to see who is joining a course. Some of the people I have taught include busy parents, CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, students and creatives.
